Equipment

We do not keep one of everything. Tell us the sample and the specification, and we will tell you whether we can run it. When the answer is no, we will say so and name someone who can.

Turnaround

Five business days. Forty-eight hours when you need it sooner. If we are going to be late you will hear it from us first.

Reports

Every batch carries a method blank, a matrix spike, and a duplicate. Out-of-limit results are rerun before you see them. Reports include the raw chromatograms and the quality control summary, and are held for ten years.
